This is full-service relocation support – for when you don’t want to manage a single part of the move yourself. From decluttering your current home to the final box unpacked in the new one, I take care of the entire process, coordinating every moving piece so you don’t have to.
how it works:
We begin with an initial visit or a consultation to understand the full scope of the project: what’s moving, what’s staying and how the new house will look like. From there, we agree on the budget before the project begins.
Together with my team, we declutter and prepare your current home for the move, coordinate the moving company on your behalf, and manage the logistics from one side to the other. Once organizing products are approved and ordered ahead of time, I arrive at your new home with my team and unpack everything directly into place – so you walk into a home that’s already organized, not just moved into.

what's included:
- initial visit or consultation to define scope, timeline, and budget
- decluttering and preparation of your current home ahead of the move
- coordination of your moving company
- selection and ordering of organizing products for your new home (approved by you in advance)
- on-site unpacking and organizing at your new home with a trusted team, depending on project size
- a home that's fully set up and functional from day one
Timeline: Every project is scoped individually – the more lead time we have, the better. One month is the minimum runway for a project like this.
Scope: Available throughout the DACH region, with travel across Europe on request.
Investment: Billed at €80/hour for my time and €400 per 8-hour day per team member, plus the cost of organizing products approved by you in advance. Given the scope of a full relocation – typically 150–250+ working hours – this is quoted individually after our initial consultation.
